Photo Sessions — Online Booking

Photo Session Agreement

• All session fees are non-refundable and due at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment.  In exchange of this fee, the client(s) will receive a 1-2 hour photo session at a mutually agreed upon location(s) resulting in approximately 30-50 professionally finished images.
• If the client(s) needs to re-schedule the session, 48 hours notice must be provided to avoid a $25 re-booking fee (does not apply to sessions canceled due to weather).
• Images will be available within 1-3 weeks following the session via a password-protected online proofing/ordering gallery.  Prints, gallery wraps, albums, specialty merchandise, and more are sold separately.  A required minimum order of $200 is due within 14 days. ($25 fee for 2-week extensions.) Payment for all prints/products is due at the time of ordering. Due to its custom nature, refunds are not available.
• If the client has selected the session package that includes a CD, they will receive all of their finished images from the photo session on a disk.  Two sets of files will be provided – those with a watermark and those without. Files are 240 dpi — suitable for posting online (watermarked only as outlined below) or for printing up to size 4×6 inches (no watermark). Larger prints are purchased through Tiffany Kelley Photography to ensure fine art quality — the standard $200 minimum order applies.
• A select number of watermarked, low-resolution images will be provided to the client(s) at no charge for Internet use only (ie: Facebook, personal web site/blog, etc.)  Images cannot be altered in any way – no color conversions, cropping, etc.  The following must be included in any posted photo’s caption:  “Tiffany Kelley Photography – www.tiffanykelley.com”.  Failure to following these guidelines is an infringement of copyright.
• All images presented to the client are chosen by and meet the artistic standards of the photographer. Any additional files that do not meet the photographer’s standards will be disposed of accordingly.
• The photographer maintains the right to adjust rates as seen fit. However, once a session is booked, the prices advertised at that time will always be honored.
• The photographer maintains the full copyright to all images. Furthermore, all prints/products purchased must remain in the original form in which they were given and may not be scanned or otherwise reproduced or altered in any way.
• Client(s) gives the photographer permission to use any image for advertising, web site and blog display, or for use in the photographer’s portfolio.

Session Fees

There are two options available for standard sessions.  Clients can either select the popular session + CD package or they can choose to pay for the session time only.  Please note that the option of purchasing a CD will be offered following the session; however, if the client chooses the package deal now, they will be receiving the CD at the lowest discounted rate available!
